A step-by-step guide to our admissions process
- We receive your enquiry and ask you some basic questions
- We invite you to our home with your family to see if you like the location and the people and that we can suitably match your needs and preferences.
- We then arrange with you to complete our assessment process to ensure we can meet your needs, which typically involves us coming to you to gather the information
- Once the assessment has been completed and we are confident we are the right place for you, a place secured, we will work with you and your family to arrange a move-in date and help you prepare for the move
- We work closely with families to ensure a smooth and stress-free move for their loved ones
- You start your new life at Standon House where we will really get to know you.
